These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Math Playground (the “Site”, https://math.calcstack.co), operated by Awais Shah (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may read the content, use the interactive widgets, and link to pages. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Site or its infrastructure;
• introduce malware, or interfere with other users' access;
• remove or obscure any notices, branding, or attributions;
• frame, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, lessons, illustrations, interactive widgets, code, design and the “Math Playground” name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may take short quotations for non-commercial educational purposes with attribution and a link back; anything more requires our written permission. Third-party libraries used on the Site remain under their own licences.

3. Educational content — no warranty of accuracy

We work hard to be correct, but the Site is a free learning resource offered “as is”. We make no guarantee that content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose, including exams or professional work. Always verify important information independently. 4. Advertising and third-party links

The Site may display advertising (including via Google AdSense) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of advertisers or linked sites. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and that third party. 5. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country, those still apply to you.
